Yes, once you’ve checked into Benoa, passports are stamped, anyone can fly outand return if need be. Just keep a copy of the airline ticket for proof of their departure. 

Forever! (Or, until the bureaucrats change something) You can leave the boat indefinitely as long has you have a valid CAIT and you use it as a non-commercial boat.You can leave the boat and return with a new visa as many times as you wish. Or, youcan extend your Social Visa for up to 6 months.
